Protein Scoops began as a simple yet bold idea from a health-conscious teenager, John Marshall, who wanted to make getting daily protein more enjoyable. Frustrated by the monotony and bad taste of shakes and bars, John set out to create a creamy, delicious ice cream that packed a protein punch without compromising on flavor. What started in a home kitchen quickly gained momentum, and with the help of his older brother, James, a college student at Vanderbilt, the duo turned their vision into a thriving family-run startup.

But it didn’t happen overnight. They spent over a year perfecting the recipe, working with two different manufacturers and teaming up with a flavor specialist who holds a PhD in Food Science. The result? The most delicious, high-protein ice cream on the market—crafted to satisfy cravings and fuel performance.
